We Plan

Your dedicated Corvin advisor builds a full itinerary — courses, accommodations, dining, extras. We send a proposal for your review, refine based on your feedback, and begin securing everything the moment you approve.

Nothing is booked without your sign-off. Nothing is left unconfirmed once you give it.

You Arrive

You receive a full trip document before departure: every reservation confirmed, every phone number you might need, a day-by-day schedule, and any notes your group should know. Then you pack your bag and show up.

Welcome packages are already waiting in the rooms. Your clubs are on their way.

How far in advance should I reach out?

For peak-season destinations, 6–12 months is ideal. For more flexible dates or less in-demand courses, 3–6 months works well. That said, reach out regardless — we've made things happen on shorter timelines.

Do you work with any group size?

We specialize in groups of 4–20, though we've worked with larger corporate outings. If you're a solo traveler or a duo looking for something special, reach out — we can often help.

How does pricing work?

Corvin charges a planning fee based on group size and trip complexity. All vendor costs (courses, hotels, restaurants) are billed at actual cost — we don't mark up or take commissions from partners. You pay for the trip and you pay for the service. That's it.

What destinations do you work with?

Any destination where world-class golf exists. We have deep familiarity with US destinations — French Lick, Bandon Dunes, Pinehurst, Pebble Beach, Kiawah Island — and handle international trips to Scotland, Ireland, and beyond.

Can I add non-golf activities?

Absolutely. Sporting events, concerts, private dinners, spa days — we build your full trip, not just the rounds. Tell us what your group enjoys and we'll include it.

What if something goes wrong on the trip?

Your advisor is available throughout the duration of your trip. If a tee time falls through, a reservation goes sideways, or anything unexpected comes up — we handle it. That's the entire point.
